The Expert view displays the SQL expression generated by the graphical settings established by the Search Criteria , the Group by and the Sort Order, as illustrated by the following example:
The Expert view contains a fully-formed SQL SELECT statement, with its WHERE, GROUP BY and ORDER BY clauses editable. If the SQL expression in the Expert view is manually modified, and then the Search , Group or Sort views change, the manual SQL modifications will have been lost and replaced with the SQL expressions based upon the Search, Group and Sort settings.
