This tool enables you to combine the inventory of Prefix Components and the GL Account Numbers into a structured Account Chart of legitimate Accounts employed by the Enterprise.

Once the Account Chart is established (and Subledger Templates have been configured, if applicable) the Chart can be fine-tuned with the Inspector options which provide a number of  features such as:

• attachment of Subledgers (converting simple GL Accounts into GL Control Accounts)
• defining GL Control Accounts and/or simple GL Accounts as subject to Open Item analysis
• locking GL Accounts to reject further transaction input
• flagging GL Accounts to automatically allocate transaction values over multiple periods
• define Check Writing specifications
